Our fees reflect the high level of service, technology, and experience that you receive while visiting our office. If your treatment program requires several visits, we can provide you with an estimate and various alternatives for financing your treatment. Please ask a member of our administrative staff for more details. Insurance and Billing Policy Many of our patients have dental insurance. Unfortunately, insurance companies have become increasingly unresponsive to our submission of your claim for payment. As you know, we are not party to the agreement between you and your dental insurance agency. Our office will gladly submit your insurance claim at the time of treatment. However, please remember that no insurance company attempts to cover all dental costs. It is your responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-insurance (at the time of treatment) or any other balance not paid for by your insurance company. If your insurance company does not respond to your claim for payment within 30 days (which is required by law, you will receive a bill from our office for any outstanding balance. Please remit your balance immediately and contact your insurance company regarding their delay in payment. For your convenience we accept Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, and Care Credit(for existing cardholders), and the financing option of Citi Health.
